Conditions:

• Prices vary depending on season
• Pool heater charged at 200 Euros per week(only required during out of peak season)
• Villa heating charged at 150 Euros per week
• We do not have a dedicated change over day and aim to remain as flexible as possible with booking dates, however we may request you to look at dates which fit back to back with other bookings
• A 20% deposit is required within 7 days of quotation to secure your booking, the outstanding amount is payable 8 weeks before the booking commences
• We request a refundable damages deposit of £150 to be paid with the outstanding balance, this will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property and within 7 days of your departure
• Payments can be made by bank transfer
• Full terms and conditions will be supplied at time of booking
• We provide an extensive welcome hamper on arrival
• Towels and bedlinen are included in the price
• Last minute deals available on request, please send us an email enquiry
• We can help with quotes for accessible and standard taxi transfers, car hire and equipment hire (powered wheelchairs, scooters, indoor mobile hoist, etc.) 

Please note: Unless we have agreed otherwise, the house will be ready for arriving guests from 4pm and you are expected to vacate the villa by 10am on your day of departure. We have a tight turnaround on departure days as our bookings are back to back. If you have late flights booked then please ensure you have somewhere to store your luggage (we can offer later check outs for a retention fee, please get in touch for details).
