The property was designed by a wheelchair user and has been equipped to the highest standard throughout to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. 

It has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with feature fireplace.  The lounge area comprises two red leather sofas (one of which pulls out to be a double sofa bed).  In the dining area there is a large glass table with modern comfortable plastic seating.  All of these things contribute to the contemporary design.  There is Wi-Fi, a TV with satellite, DVD player, docking station for ipods/phones and a separate CD player to ensure your home comforts are met.



The kitchen is fully equipped, including full size oven, hob and hood, microwave and washing machine.  We have also tried to include everything you need in the kitchen to make this a home from home experience.  The hob is at a lowered height with access underneath for a wheelchair user and the sink is at normal height but also has wheel under access.



There are three good-sized bedrooms, two doubles and a twin.  All with high quality beds, orthopaedic mattresses, fitted wardrobes and each are dressed stylishly.  The master bedroom has a large en-suite wheel-in shower room with wall mounted shower seat, wheel under sink area and grab rails.  A self-propelling shower chair is also available on request. The further two bedrooms share a second wet room with shower, sink and toilet.

The garden, enclosed by fencing for privacy, has been landscaped to a high standard and boasts fruit trees and herbs for your use.  Local traditional stone has been used on some of the external walls and pillars.  There is a large terrace that runs along the back of the property with a long slope leading down to the pool area. A large stone BBQ has been installed recently too.

The carport has ramped access to the back door and there is a sloping entrance to the front of the villa.  Care has been taken to provide level access all round the property and there are wider patio doors leading from the living area onto the terrace.


The terrace can be accessed from the lounge/dining areas through four sets of patio doors. There is also access from the master bedroom via patio doors.  A high standard range of patio furniture has been provided for your added comfort including a main dining table and six chairs for dining al fresco.  There are also six sun loungers around the private pool, which enjoys the sun all day.  Wide, long steps in one corner access the pool with handrails on either side. An electric pool hoist has now been installed and is ready for 2016 season!

Mobility aids and equipment hire is available upon request.  Equipment available includes manual and powered wheelchairs, powered scooters, electric hoists and much more. There is also a local firm that provides a wheelchair accessible taxi/transfer service and even boat trips with a hoist for a dip in the Med!  We would be happy to discuss your needs upon confirmation of a booking. 

We also have access to a company that provide a hire service for baby equipment, high chairs, cots, baby baths, push chairs, etc.  Again, we would be happy to discuss your requirements upon confirmation of a booking.
